The owner, Mr. and Mrs. Takeda are Sakagura’s regular customers. They come to Sakagura for drink sake almost every Wednesday for their regular holiday. I finally went to Nanase for dinner with my ex-boss Mr. Kadoi who is a former manager of Sakagura.

We started with Kaiun Junmai GInjo, and moved to Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai for beautiful summer appetizers. All dishes were very beautiful creative works and delicious. The combination of Nanbu Bijin and jellied red pepper with orange juice was great!

Of course, Sushi Nanase serves great Sushi and Sashimi, but their all small dishes are great. Also, they have good sake selections. I highly recommend this place, Sushi Nanase!
