Happy Birthday Tomita-san of Shichi Hon Yari at Matsuri

This handsome man, Mr. Tomita is one of my favorite young sake brewers from Shichi Hon Yari! I hadn’t seen him about two years since I left Sakagura. Yesterday, October 20th was his birthday! I was so happy to see him again, and lucky to share his special day!
I really enjoyed JOTO SAKE tasting party and nice dinner after the tasting with wonderful producers of popular sake brewery at MATSURI last night.
I really love Joto Sake’s sake. How many Joto Sake’s sake you already tasted?
