I was one of judges last year of U.S. National Sake Appraisal. It was an amazing experience! I miss Hawaii so much!

We had been very concerned about the influence of sake industry by the earthquake in Tohoku Japan. Many people might have not expected this year’s appraisal happened. However, many of sake makers entered much more than we were expected!
