Thank you for waiting! We are thrilled to announce our next Sake Caliente pop-up at Osakana in Brooklyn! We will welcome the owner chef Akinobu Suzuki from Tsukiji Suzuki in Tokyo, (1 Michelin star since 2012) a super popular “omakase counter only” restaurant. Suzuki san will create 7 courses including “Unagi”, eel dish and I will pair sake for each of the courses including new chilled and warm blended sake. 8 seats 2 rounds for 2 nights only. 猛暑の東京 築地より、2012年からミシュラン一つ星の築地すず木の鈴木秋信オーナーシェフをお迎えして夏のかりえんてポップアップ in NY開催決定！前回のポップアップと同じくブルックリンのOsakanaにて開催です。NYでなかなか食べれないもの、それは、日本の美味しい鰻！と言うわけで、鈴木シェフ特製の鰻料理を中心にしたフルコースに、お酒を合わせてご案内します。レアな季節限定のお酒や、NY上陸したばかりのお酒、そして新たなクレイジーなブレンドも冷燗お見せします。6pmスタートの二部制です。お席はかなり限りがありますので、お早めにご予約を取ることをお勧めいたします。
