…Three different restaurants will create and offer a healthy menu using a highly nutrituous blend of 16 grains.

What is Hakubaku?

Based in Yamanashi Japan, Hakubaku has been producing mainly barley, wheat and rice food products. Their corporate philosophy is based on the existing “New Tradition in Food” idea, and has been further expanded.

The history of Hakubaku is a history of development and popularization of barley meal that tastes good and is easy to eat. Hakubaku has been involved in the business of staple food producton for more than sixty years. Hakubaku is continually involved in intensive research and development of an every better tasting and healthier barley.
